Southern Precision Uses the latest forms of CAD/CAM to
generate machineable drawings for manufacturing
Coordinate Measuring Machines:
Southern Precision has added a 3 axis CMM from Mitutoya-
Measuring range X = 19.7" Y = 27.6" z = 15.7"
Clean Room:
Southern Precision has a "Clean Room" for contract assembly and
testing. This room is filtrated to allow a clean
environment for applying grease, marking parts, and testing
product lines.
Measuring Instruments:
Southern Precision has an additional
Quality Control room which includes:
- Surface Plates
- Ring and Plug Go/No Go Gages
- Gage Pin Sets
- Gage Block Sets
- Internal Groove/Bore/ID/
Depth Mics
- External OD/ Groove/ Pitch Mics

- Profilometers to measure surface finish
Deburring and Finishing:
Your parts are not complete off the
machine. We have in
house deburring, honing, assembly,
engraving or marking, testing, and packaging.
